Paprika drying is done almost in all cities of Anatolia and lasts from July to end of August. It differentiates between the regions. Some do it by lying, some by hanging. The essential thing is that this is done at the time and place when the sun shines at most and the place is free of humidity. Those take then place on our dinner tables after a hard and careful drying.
Biography: She was born in 1979 in Eregli county of Zonguldak. She is working at the public bank. She started photography in 2014 and is a member of Aegean Photography and Cinema Amateurs Association. Her photographs have taken place in various group exhibitions in Turkey and she has organized presentations and interviews in many associations. She is passionate about photography. She participates in photography activities and improves her qualification every day.
